Terms of Service
IMPORTANT:By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.
TERMS OF USE
1. You must be of legal age to order a commission through Paypal. or have your parents' permission.
2. Don't be a dickhead at any point throughout the process. I will straight up deny service or stop doing your commission.
3. I have no timeframe regarding my commissions. Do not ask me when it's your turn or bug me to open up my slots. I'm a full-time Uni student and worker. Drawing is a hobby, not my job. if you keep bugging me about this I will take you off the queue list and I'll let you know
4. I will occasionally stream your art on different discord servers and post WIP on different servers as well. Please let me know if you consent to this, I'm more than okay with not showing any process of your art anywhere and keeping it strictly between you and me.★ Payments: Payments will only be accepted via PayPal invoices. Payments will be requested after I have sent you a WIP image of your commission(s). Invoices must be paid. (I do accept Ko-Fi aswell)
★ Revisions: I allow plenty of revisions to a certain degree. But once I'm starting to lineart/color and you ask me to make significant changes I will either deny or ask for additional fees.
★ Refunds: I allow refunds if it's around the sketching stage. But once I start Lineart I will refuse refunds.
Adoptables
• More than welcome to alter the design as much as you want. The watermark can not be removed.
• Create alternative forms for the character (different species or creature, humanized, etc.)
• Please do not use my art or the character for commercial purposes.
• Reselling is okay— if it's equal or under the original value. Trading is also okay. (Please let me know beforehand who the character has been sold/traded off too!)

PLEASE note these prices are just an estimation, all of my prices vary depending on the complexity of the character and any add-ons you might want. Especially if I have to come up with the designs. The pricing we can discuss in dms.
